Elizabeth Ann Chavez (“Eli Ann”) is a Los Angeles-based violinist renowned for bringing elegance and sophistication to weddings and private events across Southern California and beyond.
Classically trained with a refined ear for contemporary styles, Eli Ann effortlessly blends genres—from timeless folk and romantic pop to elegant rock and jazz swing. Her curated, ever-expanding repertoire is designed to complement your vision, with the option of high-quality instrumental backing tracks for a full, immersive sound. With every performance, Eli Ann seeks to elevate your celebration with artistry, intention, and grace.
Since branching out from classical music over a decade ago, Eli Ann has recorded and arranged strings for a range of indie artists including Gracie Gray, The Moderates, Bryan Lanning, and The Family Crest. She thrives in the collaborative process, bringing songs to life through string arrangements and session recordings. Her work can be heard on tracks that have garnered millions of streams.
An experienced entertainer, Eli Ann has performed on violin at Disney World’s EPCOT and Disney California Adventure for multiple seasons with the klezmer band Mostly Kosher.
She had the unique opportunity to play violin on the Santa Monica Pier Carousel—a National Historic Landmark—while it was in motion for a theater production. Eli Ann also enjoys performing with local artists at iconic Los Angeles venues, most notably The Hotel Cafe and The Troubadour.
She has toured across the U.S. with a few indie bands on violin and background vocals—most recently with San Francisco-based, baroque-pop band The Family Crest, whom she is joining again on tour this summer 2025.
